The Media Relations department is looking for a summer interns to join their team! Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
About the Media Relations Department:
The mission of the Media Relations Department is to develop and implement a comprehensive news media information program and public information initiatives that supports the programs and objectives of all of the Port Authority’s line departments. The department oversees all of the media, external outreach, public events and communications for the agency.
Media Relations’ primary role is to interact with Port Authority senior leadership and with the agency’s line departments on a regular basis to identify the objectives of the executive team and to determine how to best promote these objectives to external audiences.
