Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Manager, Law and Information Systems, the selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following. A more detailed description will be discussed at the interview.

Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for this position:

Ideal candidates will present the following profile:
• Five to ten years’ experience in a law firm performing preservation, collection, and production of records/documents.
• Thorough knowledge of legal documents and their function, and maintenance of files and records management.
• Independent, possessing good judgment, initiative, and tact.
• Demonstrated ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision, handling
conflicting priorities, and work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of case/matter management system (Law Manager), document management system, PC applications (Microsoft Office Suite), Adobe Acrobat, Lexis-Nexis/Westlaw, and electronic scanning procedures and processes.
