The Operations Services Department (OSD) is looking for a summer intern to join their team in the Director’s Office unit! The intern will split their time between two robust and ongoing projects: 1) working with OSD and the Technology Department to establish an OSD Azure Data Warehouse with Synapse connections to currently siloed data and then connecting said data to Power BI dashboard(s); and 2) using office 365 tools (Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint) and/or DocuSign to streamline and digitize currently manual processes for the myriad of OSD divisional customer services. The work will assist in OSD’s efforts to continuously improve and become data-driven in its management and decision making.

This will be a hybrid internship opportunity, meaning that it will be virtual and in-person throughout the summer. Dependent on Agency guidance and pandemic conditions.
*This internship is expected to be a full-time internship lasting 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
