Location: PATH Consolidated Shop
Under the direct supervision of the Superintendent, Way & Structures Division and Assistant Director/General Superintendent, PATH, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of confidential items and administrative/secretarial duties and also providing administrative support for Division staff. Duties include but are not limited to: typing correspondence; Requisitioning and Receiving in SAP, preparing purchase requisitions and processing invoices for payment through SAP; coordinating and scheduling meetings; maintaining calendars; preparing business trip memorandums and business travel authorizations through SAP Travel Management, including related entries, working with the Port Authority's designated travel agent to arrange necessary travel accommodations (ADTRAV), preparing expense accounts, preparing Quarterly Travel Reports, processing of property disposition reports; ordering of computer hardware/software, phones, radios; entering PA 360’s into the Industry Safe Program; maintaining division personnel files and follow-up systems; and performing special projects as requested. May prepare routine status reports on unit activities, projects and programs; taking meeting minutes occasionally, and distribution of bulletins.
