The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is a bi-state public agency operating some of the busiest and most important transportation links in the New York / New Jersey region including The Port Authority Trans Hudson Corporation (PATH), the primary transit link between Manhattan and New Jersey communities and suburban commuter railroads.
The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the collection activity of approximately 600 accounts; extensive contact with external customers and internal business partners, both in person and over the phone, to obtain payment; respond to inquiries from customers and tenants to discuss issues related to monthly statements and invoices received. Provide other office support and special projects as required.
