The Real Estate department is looking for a Manager, Acquisitions to join their team. By executing on significant real estate transactions and projects, the Manager will directly contribute to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s mission to keep the region moving.
In this role, you’d be responsible for property acquisition associated with capital and operations programs advanced by the Port Authority, including:
You’d also be responsible for overall management of owner / tenant relocation activities associated with acquisition projects including the oversight of relocation consultant activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You’d have an opportunity to contribute to many large agency construction projects from the Gateway Tunnel project, which is the renovation and expansion of the northeast corridor rail line between New Jersey and New York, to major PA capital projects, such as the PATH extension to Newark Airport.
