The selected candidate will manage Unit staff responsible for development, implementation, and upkeep of comprehensive preventive maintenance programs at all TB&T facilities. The selected candidate will assist Tunnels, Bridges andTerminals (TB&T) facility personnel in making effective decisions regarding maintenance, operation, and management of critical facility assets to maximize reliability throughout their lifecycle. The selected candidate will provide continual facility support with upkeep of the preventative maintenance program including development of preventative maintenance routines, asset inventory updates, maintenance reporting, and work order analysis. The selected candidate will also be responsible for implementation of the Enterprise Asset Management program for TB&T. This includes transitioning from the Agency’s current Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) to the new replacement system (Maximo) and overseeing maintenance management improvement initiatives for TB&T. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing various technical services in support of other TB&T programs such as Capital and Operating Major Work, Structural Integrity, Tenant Alterations, and Contract Services.
Specific responsibilities include conducting management briefings on facility maintenance and managing unit staff including workload assignments, ensuring quality control, and coaching in the following key areas:
