Responsibilities
The Airport Operations Supervisor may be assigned to various positions reporting to the Airport Duty Manager, Landside Duty Manager, or International Facility Duty Manager to include Communications Coordinator (CC), Ground Transportation Contracts Supervisor, and Wildlife Hazard Management & Aeronautical Supervisor, Landside Control Desk Supervisor, and Terminal Supervisor.
Duties when assigned as the Wildlife Hazard management and Aeronautical Supervisor include:
Duties when assigned as the Ground Transportation Contracts Supervisor include:
Supervision of all aspects of airport ground transportation operations, including oversight of the Taxi Dispatchers, Ground Transportation Agents, and Customer Service Representatives.
Duties when assigned as the Terminal Supervisor in International include:
Stationed in the Operations Control Center, the Communications Coordinator and Landside Control Desk Coordinator performs important monitoring, decision-making, coordinating, and communications functions and serves as the focal point for customers, airlines and tenant inquiries with respect to all of the following operating, revenue, safety and security systems:
Selected incumbents will also be required to perform airport emergency response, including airside and landside snow removal, and other duties which may be assigned from time-to-time by the General Manager, Operations Manager, Airport Duty Manager, or designee.

Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for this position:
Selected candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background check and must pass a fingerprint-based Criminal History Record Check as mandated by 49 CFR 1542 to obtain and maintain an airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Card with Airfield Movement Area Driving Privileges.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a represented position subject to collective bargaining agreement. The starting salary is $65,780, rising to $85,202 after eight years. This position is overtime eligible, and comes with a comprehensive and competitive health insurance, pension, and benefit package.
