About the Role |
Estimating & Value Engineering is a unit within the Engineering Operations Division and is responsible for review and approval of Construction Cost Estimates, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, management of the Value Engineering Program and preparation and administration of Property Breakdown Reports used in Asset Management. The Staff Estimator may work on various Port Authority facilities, but will generally be assigned responsibility for all projects for a selected Line Department (such as Aviation, Ports, PATH, etc.) NOTE: This position will be located at 2 Montgomery St., Jersey City, NJ 07302. |
