About the Role |
Major Capital Projects (MCP) has overall responsibility for the design and construction delivery of the new Midtown Bus Terminal, the construction management of the core and shell of the new Hudson Tunnels for the Gateway Development Commission, planning for the Cross Harbor Freight Program, and other projects assigned to it.
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to work with the Midtown Bus Terminal Replacement (MBTR) construction group, specifically the Phase 1 Interim Bus Terminal (future Staging and Storage Facility) component. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Program Manager and will undertake a wide range of technical project management and construction management responsibilities to support implementation of the project. Key to success in this role is technical proficiency with ability to identify, analyze and address technical and project issues in a timely manner, and a diligent mindset to ensure code compliance, contract conformance, and adherence to project quality standards. |
