About the Internship

TEC Solutions is seeking a resourceful and curious intern to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for winning by providing support in agency wide TEC pilots, programs and projects. Serve as a TEC Training instructor and create engaging high-level presentations in the art of storytelling.  If this sounds like an opportunity for you to add value we’d love to meet you.   

 

Responsibilities

  • Project and program coordination
  • Training instruction
  • Data collection
  • Create advanced presentations for senior staff
  • Perform technology software upgrades including training and messaging 
  • Assist with pilot programs for testing new technology 
  • Assist with projects for collaborative space upgrades to new technology 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Enrollment at a college/university through Summer 2025 and into the Fall 2025 semester
  • Experience with Microsoft apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Editing and storytelling skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with project coordination and user experience testing 

 

Internship Details

  • The start date will be Thursday, May 29, 2025
  • The internship will last approximately 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 22, 2025
  • This is a full-time internship (5 days per week at 7.25 hours per day)
  • The format is expected to be hybrid

Compensation & Benefits

  • The hourly rate range is $18.07 to $29.57 (the exact rate will be determined by internship type and rising school year)
