The Recruiter plays an integral role in building the agency’s talent pipeline. Reporting to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter carries significant responsibility for filling a high volume of critical PA & PATH positions in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage recruitment for a variety of entry and mid-level field roles that span a variety of maintenance trades positions (general maintainers, track workers, signal trainees, etc.). You'll also work closely with supervisors and employees across the agency and will have a direct impact on agency operations through staffing.
Note - This is a long term contract role eligible for benefits. This role requires a minimum of 3 days a week onsite at our offices at 4 World Trade Center.
