About the Role
The Port Authority is seeking to fill a position of Landscape Architect in the Engineering Department’s Design Division, under the supervision of a Principal Architect, and part of a project team in the Architecture Unit.
Landscape Architects are responsible for producing hardscape and landscape designs as stand-alone projects, as part of larger projects or similar elements for entire redevelopment programs. Work can vary from streetscapes, park designs, green roofs, wetlands mitigation projects, plus airside planting and terminal frontage design, and tree obstruction maintenance at our aviation facilities.
The landscape architects at the Port Authority are a close-knit team that are stewards of the many outdoors spaces owned and managed by the Agency. They keep the region moving by focusing on our priorities such as Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Sustainability and our standards such as Global Best Practices, Collaboration and Speed.
