The Aviation department is looking for a summer intern to join their Concessions & Strategic Customer Experience team!
About the Aviation Department and the Concessions & Strategic Customer Experience Unit:
The Aviation Department is responsible for managing one of the most dynamic airport systems in the world, comprising LaGuardia, John F. Kennedy, Newark Liberty, and New York Stewart airports. In addition to meeting the challenges of day-to-day operations, the Aviation Department is committed to being a world-class operator of world-class airports and has undertaken an ambitious and unprecedented redevelopment and airport improvement program which will position our airports to thrive well into the 21st Century.
The Concession & Strategic Customer Experience Unit manages a portfolio of over 200 lease agreements and over 600 concession locations, with a mission to deliver a world class shopping and dining experience to our airport customers.
