PATH is looking for an intern to join their System Safety & Environmental team! Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
About PATH and the System Safety & Environmental Division:
The PATH System Safety & Environmental Management Division (SS&EM) is empowered and authorized to develop, implement, and administer a comprehensive, integrated, and coordinated System Safety Program. This includes a specific plan to identify, prevent, control, and resolve unsafe conditions during the design, construction, testing, operations, and maintenance of the passenger railroad system. The Department is committed to pursuing safety programs that provide for employee and customer safety, fire protection, emergency management, training, environmental programs, sustainability, and hazardous materials management in strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, FRA, and NFPA regulations.
