The Operations Services Department is looking for an intern to join their Office Space and Property Management team! Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
About the Office Space and Property Management (OSPM) Division:
OSPM manages the day-to-day operations of approximately 1.2 million square feet, across 10 facilities of the Agency’s office space, occupied by approximately 2,500 Port Authority employees. These facilities include both our NY and NJ headquarters at 4 WTC and 2 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, NJ. We provided the management and coordination of office space interior design including furniture and finishes, ergonomic enhancements, renovations, construction, relocations, furniture keys, as well as Port Authority standards for all Port Authority facilities and leased properties.
