Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager of the Revenue Recovery for E-ZPass Operations, the selected candidate will support the toll collection revenue recovery program with specific responsibilities for assisting in toll violations analysis, supporting recovery via the New York State Department of Motor Vehicle (NY DMV) vehicle suspension program, and the Massachusetts registration renewal hold program. This position may include off-hours and part-time weekend responsibilities in support of PAPD and regional law enforcement field activities. The selected candidate will aid in real-time pursuit of violators through the following activities:
The selected candidate will be required to run queries, conduct research and analyses, and communicate findings with customers, with contractors, and various levels of staff throughout the Agency.
