Responsibilities

The HR Analyst supports the HR Systems & Program Management arm of HR Strategic Planning and Project Management – specifically with program planning.

This position is responsible for providing planning and business analysis support, plays a key role in enhancing current planning sessions for Human Capital business initiatives.  Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align information with business initiatives. Understands how the HR functions tie together and provides road-maps that create efficiency for the program management of Human Capital business initiatives.

The HR Analyst applies a detailed knowledge of business analysis concepts, practices, and procedures to demonstrate a strong understanding of project management concepts through detailed planning, execution, and documentation.

Essential Functions:

  • Development of project road-maps and frameworks.
  • Conduct monthly work-stream meetings and ongoing management of project plan.
  • Monitor and report on Executive Performance Metrics for Chiefs / Directors.
  • Gathers high level information and provides business analysis for the assigned project phases and the strategies and tactics that will assist the planning and communication of all ongoing projects.
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Builds, fosters and maintains good relationships with business customers and Senior Executive Management.

May perform other duties and participate on other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience in program planning and business analysis support within the HR function

  • Master’s degree.
  • Superior aptitude for analysis, to include quantitative analytical skills and problem-solving.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, to include the ability to communicate concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Exceptional time management skills, to include flexibility and creativity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation and political acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to adjust daily work schedule as needed.
