The Aviation Department is looking for a Manager, Airport Landside Facility Planning who will be responsible for facility planning programs at the five airports in the Port Authority system; John F. Kennedy International (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), Newark Liberty International (EWR), Teterboro (TEB), and New York Stewart International (SWF) airports. This includes establishing programs' priorities, resource plans, tasks strategies and ensuring delivery schedules.
Reporting to the Manager of Aviation Planning, this position will oversee the airport system’s planning programs focusing primarily on landside facilities while providing support to airfield and terminal planning.
In this position, you will play a key role in the planning of landside projects as part of the current $16 billion redevelopment effort. These projects will reshape JFK Airport to a world-class unified airport and meet the demand for 21st Century air transportation. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
