The Senior Engineer will act as the primary point of contact with Program staff, and provide critical guidance and input to all stakeholders regarding preliminary engineering and final design services for infrastructure elements for the Program and to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the Agency’s quality assurance/quality control and project delivery guidelines while meeting the JFK Redevelopment Program needs. The successful candidate will apply their experience of pavements, utilities, airfield design, roadway and site design, stormwater management, etc., including design standards and guidelines (e.g. FAA Circulars, ASSHTO, AREMA, to assist in the developing strategies and recommendations related to for portfolio of infrastructure projects associated with the JFK Redevelopment Program.

This is a long-term Project position associated with JFK Airport Redevelopment . This is expected to last three (3) years with a possible extension. All employees who meet eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply.
Selected candidate will work on-site full time from Four World Trade Center, NY, NY as well as JFK Airport, Queens depending on project specific needs and meetings.
