Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager of Projects, the selected candidate will design and generate office space plans and system furniture layouts via AutoCAD and ensure all designs comply with PA standards and are code compliant. Also providing project management of build-out of interior office space ranging in project value between $2 million and $5 million.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting upper management with overall planning of facility space by providing generic space plans, stacking plans and preliminary schedules to best utilize occupied and vacant space; drawing lease exhibits for vacant offices and retail space at NY & NJ facilities; performing field surveys for spaces where no drawings exist; managing NY & NJ office renovations, including office reconfigurations, new construction, staff relocations, and tenant moves; and overseeing furniture requirements.
The selected candidate will also coordinate and schedule services of general contractors, electricians, vendors, porters, Technology Department (TEC) staff and material deliveries; perform inspections to ensure all plans and specifications are met; and review invoicing for payments.
