Location: 2 Montgomery Street
Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Division Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, accurately reviewing and entering a high volume of purchase order invoices, payment request invoices, and other invoices in SAP; daily extract assembly for checks and wire transfers; research and analysis of Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt, and Payment Request Accruals reports, Journal Voucher preparation utilizing Microsoft Excel, responding to vendor and staff telephone inquiries; and performing other related accounts payable tasks as assigned.
