As a Structural Maintenance Maintainer you will be playing a key role in delivering projects such as the Port Authority Bus Terminal Ceiling Replacement Project which will improve the aesthetics and lighting of the facility. Structural Maintenance Maintainer will be able to grow their skills in a wide variety of duties involving different trades, journey-level repair and construction work on buildings, warehouses, storage tanks, towers, piers and fenders.
Structural Maintenance Maintainer will be responsible for the following duties:
Shifts: Structural Maintenance Maintainer work a 40-hour week, which includes working rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Starting Salary: $30.16 per hour ($62,738 per year), with annual step increases up to $46.36 per hour ($96,434 per year) subject to collective bargaining agreement.

The written test for this evaluation will be held on a date to be determined. Candidates who are successful on the written test will be notified to appear for a Qualifying Height Test. Candidates who are successful on both the written test and Qualifying Height Test will be notified to appear for the performance test. Only candidates who are successful on the written and height tests will be invited to the performance test.
