•The working hours for this position are from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
•This bulletin will be used to fill ONE permanent position, dependent on current incumbent’s RETIREMENT.The selected candidate will be hired provisionally, until said incumbent retires in June 2018.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Sign Shop, Facility Construction Support Division, the selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties including, but not limited to: performing timekeeping for unionized staff; monitoring the Absence Control Program; coordinating the Sick Incentive and Perfect Attendance Programs; generating overtime and comp time reports via PeopleSoft, SAP bill payment and process the receiving and close-out of Sign Service Requests.
