Reporting to the Staff Accounting Supervisor of Non-Aviation Lease & Unfixed Billings, the selected candidate’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and interpret billing terms for all tenant leases at non-Aviation facilities.

  • Execute rent roll and print invoices on monthly basis.

  • Preparation of delinquency reports for all bus carriers and consumer service tenants.

  • Monitoring, controlling and recording bus carrier departure fees at bus terminals.

  • Responding to tenant inquiries regarding lease terms and billing.

  • Preparation of monthly accrual journal vouchers.

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end revenue variance analysis.

  • Complete special assignments and respond to internal and external inquiries as required


Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a corporate or public accounting environment



Ideal candidates will present the following profile:

  • Knowledge of General Ledger, and Revenue Systems.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP and Excel.

  • Knowledge of the PA organization structure and accounting policies and procedure.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work independently and prioritize work.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external staff at all levels.

  • Demonstrated analytic and problem solving abilities.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
