Location: 2 Montgomery Street
Reporting to the Staff Accounting Supervisor of Non-Aviation Lease & Unfixed Billings, the selected candidate’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review and interpret billing terms for all tenant leases at non-Aviation facilities.
Execute rent roll and print invoices on monthly basis.
Preparation of delinquency reports for all bus carriers and consumer service tenants.
Monitoring, controlling and recording bus carrier departure fees at bus terminals.
Responding to tenant inquiries regarding lease terms and billing.
Preparation of monthly accrual journal vouchers.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end revenue variance analysis.
Complete special assignments and respond to internal and external inquiries as required
Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for this position:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a corporate or public accounting environment
Ideal candidates will present the following profile:
Knowledge of General Ledger, and Revenue Systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP and Excel.
Knowledge of the PA organization structure and accounting policies and procedure.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work independently and prioritize work.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external staff at all levels.
Demonstrated analytic and problem solving abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
