Reporting to the Program Director, this position will support the EWR Redevelopment Unit staff at Newark Liberty International Airport. Responsibilities will include:

Maintain the Program Director’s calendar, prepare all travel related documents, maintain presentations and prepare approval documentation, process procurement card expenses;

Process all vendor/contractor payments, prepare purchase requisitions, expense accounts and business trip authorizations in SAP;

Process all timekeeping related functions, maintain petty cash custodial account, coordinate and document vehicle usage, place supply orders;

Assist in the administration of all personnel functions including onboarding, personnel transactions, training and recognition;

Assist in special projects as assigned by the Program Director and the EWR Redevelopment staff.


Candidates must present the following qualifications to be considered eligible for this position:

Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize work, prioritize multiple concurrent assignments within strict deadlines, and work under pressure.

Knowledge of the organization's structure, policies and procedures.

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Demonstrated strong working knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft and Budget Pro.

Experience in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets.

Proficiency with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel and Power Point
